New Trade Mods/Group Openings

Ok I have a problem, and I know it can be fixed. I know that all of my trade mods have been on today, and I still have trades that havent been approved or even looked at really. Therefore. Right here and now I'm looking for new Trade Mods.

Nominate yourself or someone else here. Please take into consideration that being a trade Mod doesnt incline alot of work. Not nearly as much as I have to do with Simming this league. Do not nominate yourself if you arent up for the Job. I myself cannot do everything. We all like this league. Im only making this statement once, because I dont want it to become an ongoing problem that will forgo the leagues progress.
So once again. Here is what Im looking for:

When nominating yourself or someone else. Please Give a detailed reason as to why you want to be a trade Mod and Why you should be a trade Mod.

If you simply post, "I wanna be one" you wont be considered.

Also looking for Mods to Mod:

League Discussion.General Talk, and other things.
Also looking for Forum security: this job in tells that there is nothing going on that shouldn't be.

Ya, I'm sorry, I don't think you understand how hard it is to become an admin on any league. Seriously, you have to be active and not lazy active. Really, I've been doing these leagues since the beginning of August and didn't ever get close to an admin job till last week. So its not usually something that you just get out of nowwhere lol.

OK, good, just so you know, this in no way is saying anything against you and you have been very very active since you joined. So we are definately putting you in other tings don't worry. There will be something for you to do lol.

I would like to nominate myself. I have been in many leagues and very rarely take a trade that screws either myself or another person. I know a lot about football and have had multiple oppupations as a backup trade moderator and have been trained in on another league. I am a loyal member and am on a lot.

I guess i'll give it a shot, I'm on quite a bit, maybe not as much as 305, but I've been a trade mod on another site before and that worked out pretty well.

OK, cool... you will be considered with all the other nominees.

why did all the trade mods get demoted? why not just add more trade mods?

We are going to get a big group of people to choose from and we will choose about 2 or 3 people from the group as trade mods if they accept the offer. Then we have some jobs for people to manage certain forums such as league discussion and general discussion. So we will count you in when we decide jobs. Jobs will probably be decided before today ends.

I think that i would make a good trade mod cuz im open-minded and would listen to both sides before accepting or denying a trade.
