idk about this trade, I think the Panthers aren't getting enough here. They are giving a WAY better QB than geting and I know that these will both be backup QB's but I don't really see how this trade helps Carolina. They are getting a worse QB, a worse LB (Trotter is 1 overall point higher than Morgan but Morgan is 4-5 years younger) and all they are getting with that is a 2nd round pick (which most likely ends up being a between 75 and 80 overall player), I don't really see the point of this trade needing to happen.

Trotter is a 93 at OLB

Yes, but I bet Morgan is a 93 at OLB as well because he is a faster LB than Morgan which means he would be even better at OLB than Trotter.

Ok. Morgan is a injury prone LB. Missed the whole year. Carr isn't a great QB anymore eiether.

Did you see his preseason? He was amazing, don't think that the Panthers don't remember that, also, who do you think is going to take over at QB when Delhome leaves since Jake is in his mid-late 30's. Carr will and he will have the best WR in the league to throw to, I think he will even get to start a few games this year esp if Delhome continues his injury-proneness up this season. And Morgan has missed one whole season, that doesn't make him injury prone, you are injury-prone if you miss a few games every season which he rarely missed a game before last season.

Dude. he miss the whole season due to concussion. He has never ever played a full NFL season, and there is a good chance that he could retire after this season dude.

He isn't going to retire after this season, where did you come up with that? Well either way I think DC needs to give another maybe 3rd round pick or player of that caliber and I would approve of this trade.

Patriots added their 4th round which IMO makes it more fair, I'm approving this trade, we still need 2 more trade mods to approve though, one already said no.

Its still another opportunity for the Panthers to upgrade or get more depth, also just because the average for that round is 72, doesn't mean you can't find a mid-70's player in there...

Just to let you guys know...Morgan is 1 year younger than Trotter, but Trotter is 1 point better at MLB...he doesnt have the speed that Morgan has, but his strength, hitting power and tackling are all better...thats what I need from my MLB in the 4-3...

I am downgrading at backup QB, but the 2nd rounder more than fills in the difference IMO...I don't see the big deal, but I can't make the decision...whatever you guys say is fine I guess

Check that, if we get max1 to approve of this trade then it will be approved since 2 of the 4 in the TC are involved in the trade.
